We're looking for a skilled, motivated Sign Fabricator / Aluminum Fitter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you like building with your hands, solving fabrication challenges, and seeing your work come to life, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Fabricate aluminum sign cabinets, frames, cladding, and custom sign components.
- Perform aluminum MIG welding and precision metal fabrication.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and engineered plans.
- Assemble custom signage to exact specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure every project meets our high standards.
- Work closely with welders, fabricators, installers, and project teams to deliver exceptional products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

What You Bring

- 1+ year of aluminum MIG welding experience (preferred).
- Experience in metal fabrication or sign manufacturing is an asset.




- Ability to read fabrication and technical drawings.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
