Overview
We are seeking multiple staff with a MINIMUM Level 2 to support educational initiatives and foster a positive learning environment for children. Ideal candidates are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy working with children to promote their academic and social development.

Responsibilities

- Assist in delivering educational programs and activities tailored to various age groups
- Supporting the well-being of children with challenging behaviours (ADHD, Autism Spectrum, ODD, etc.)
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all children
- Help organize and facilitate group activities, games, and learning exercises
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure adherence to safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with children and parents
- Support the setup and cleanup of classroom materials and learning spaces

Skills

- Experience with early childhood education




- Robust communication skills to effectively engage with children and team members
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Passionate for education and helping children succeed
- Strong leadership skills
- Self- starter
- Ability to pivot program planning
- Current driver's license with preference given to those with class 4
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
