Responsibilities:
Bring in NEW customers
Develop a solid pipeline by prospecting and following up with potential customers
Meet with prospects and customers as required
Resolve customer inquiries and issues
Work with prepress to ensure customer submits clean files

Qualifications:
Previous sales experience and customer focused expertise.
Computer literate and knowledge of Word, Exel, and CRM.
Solid relationship building skills
Strong negotiation skills
Attention to detail and deadline oriented
Knowledge of graphic design software is a bonus

Desired candidate must be self motivated, have excellent customer service skills with an ability to manage customer needs.

Solid multitasking skills and a strong work ethic.

Team player with the ability to work independently.





Preferred candidate MUST have experience in either the printing industry, books & publication field or graphic design knowledge.

Preference given to candidates who have a experience in a vertical market of their choice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base plus commission
