Permanent Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 37.50 hour per week|
Pay Rate: $30.36 per hour (based on current funding)

In this Role, you will contribute to the Community by ...

- Planning and implementing a stimulating, developmentally appropriate play-based program for children and their families
- Working as part of a team of Childcare Workers and monitor the quality of the program
- Providing a warm and nurturing environment for children and families
- Maintaining effective communication with staff, parents and coordinator
- Ensuring the health and safety of the children
- Acting as a positive role model for the children

Please apply if you have ...

- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in the area of early childhood education and development.
- Previous experience working with children
- Knowledge of and familiarity with the Child Care and Early Years Act and use of environmental assessment tools.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff, parents, children, and the public.

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- College of Early Childhood Educators Registration #
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check document
- Standard First Aid and CPR Level-C certification
