We are looking for a skilled Service Supervisor to support equipment repair and service operations in the Lethbridge, AB region.

Pay - $50/hr

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee inspection and repair of equipment and ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time.

- Coordinate daily work orders with the Service Manager and assign tasks to technicians.

- Monitor technician progress throughout the day and provide technical guidance or troubleshooting support.

- Conduct quality checks after repairs to ensure work meets company standards and prevents repeat issues.

- Ensure technicians accurately record labour, parts, and materials on work orders.

- Supervise apprentices and support training and development of shop staff.

- Maintain a safe, clean,



and organized workshop while ensuring safety procedures are followed.

- Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding repair approvals, updates, and technical inquiries.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Heavy Duty Technician Journeyman trade certification is required.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience required.

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with mechanical equipment.

- Experience supervising technicians or leading a shop floor team.

- Valuable understanding of equipment operation and mechanical systems.

- Basic computer and systems knowledge.
