Second Cup Shediac is looking for a full time store Manager.

The candidate must be able to multitask, be able to take and give orders, have a positive outlook on things, be able to teach staff properly, have patience and love working within a team. Minimum 5 years experience managing a team.

Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

-Responsible for a team of 12-15 employees

-Training

-Scheduling

-Ordering & Inventory

-Payroll

-Daily Cashes & Bank Deposits

-Maintaining Second Cup Policy and Procedures

.Must be able to work days/evenings and weekends while they keep calm and friendly.

Salary and benefits based on experience.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
