Building operator required for mixed use office complex in Edmonton, Alberta. Candidates must have the appropriate skills needed for the day to day maintenance and operation of large facilities that have complex heating, mechanical and electrical systems. The incumbent should be able to solve electrical, hydraulic and HVAC problems as well as perform general building maintenance, including plumbing and general day tenant concerns and requests.
Schedule- 5 days a week, ON CALL on weekends.
Requirements- 4th class power engineering certificate
- minimum 1 year experience with HVAC
- 5 years experience in high rise office tower preferred
- 5 years experience in maintenance and trouble shooting for electrical and HVAC
