Manning Crossing Dental is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, team player RDA full of initiative to join our work family!

We're open Mondays through Thursdays 8:00-4:00 and Fridays 8:00-2:30. No weekends or evenings! This position is part-time (1-2 days per week).

As we're a fully digital office using ClearDent, experience with dental software is an asset, but not required.

Summary

As a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), you will be an integral part of our dental team, supporting the dentist in providing high-quality patient care. Your core skills in medical terminology and dental assisting will be essential as you prepare patients for treatment and assist during procedures. With premium skills in software like ClearDent and Dentrix, as well as experience in patient care, you will enhance our practice's efficiency and patient experience.

Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary tools and materials.
- Maintain accurate patient records using our office's dental software, ClearDent.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support patients with compassionate care and assistance.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.

Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour
