Job Description

In cooperation with the installation team, the installation helper is responsible for carrying out the installation work according to the installation method.

The Installation helper will assist with the following duties:

- Assisting with installation of windows and doors;
- Bend and install aluminum capping;




- Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment;
- Cleaning up job site and cleaning windows after install;
- Other duties as assigned outside of this job description.

Job Requirements

- Ability to work with tools;
- Physical capacities to lift heavy loads;
- Initiative, valuable learning skills and team spirit;
- Ability to interact professionally with the client;
- Valid driver's license (no special class required);
- Relevant experience in construction/renovation, preferably in the installation of doors and windows (an asset).

Work conditions

- Permanent full time position (40 hours/week). Schedule may vary depending on jobs.
- Job is based in Ottawa (580 Industrial Ave, ON K1G 0Y9) and requires traveling to client’s homes in the area.
