Manufacturer of Custom Residential Windows & Doors for over 40 years is looking for Shipping Helpers to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Load windows & doors on and off enclosed trailer/trucks.
- strapping & securing windows & doors inside trucks for shipment.
- Outstanding hand eye coordination.
- Must be able to lift greater than 50lbs with use of dolly's.
- Experience in hand bombing.
- Good understanding of matching "delivery sheets to product" for loading.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to accommodate flexible times based on delivery's. Start as early as 3:00am to 5:00a.m.
- Must be able to perform at least 1 over night trip with Driver (all costs associated with over nights are covered by the company)
- Must process a valid drivers license and/or access to a reliable driver as position, when going out on road for deliveries could require you to start earlier then public transit.
This position requires physical capability.
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:00a.m. to 3:30p.m. when on dock and up to 13 hours when on the road. Great ability for over time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
