We are seeking a passionate and skilled Experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, attention to detail, and speed to meet service demands
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
- Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple orders and prioritizing tasks
- Ensure all food served is of high quality, visually appealing, and served in a timely manner




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and uphold the restaurant’s standards for food service excellence

Credentials

- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma in culinary arts/chef training
- Safe food handling certificate

Experience

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in high volume pasta production line
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of ingredients
- Familiarity with serving protocols and maintaining hygiene standards in a quick-paced environment
- Experience working within the food industry that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and adaptability
- Prior kitchen experience that highlights proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
