Duties
- Greet guests warmly, seat them, and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about food and drinks
- Take accurate orders using Touch Bistro, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, following standard recipes
- Serve food promptly and professionally, ensuring all items meet quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience

Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a robust background in serving and bartending
- Familiarity with Touch Bistro POS system and Resy reservation system
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented hospitality setting while maintaining a positive attitude
