What You'll Do

- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children.
- Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Follow Alberta Child Care Licensing regulations and centre policies.

Qualifications

- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3)
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hiring)
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, positive, and professional attitude
- A genuine passion for working with young children
