Muskoka Lakes Preschool is looking for a reliable, caring, and organized Supply Cook to join our team on a casual/on-call basis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing nutritious meals for children and can step in as needed to support our centre.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks for children
- Follow menus, portion sizes, and dietary restrictions/allergy requirements
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
- Ensure food is stored and handled safely
- Assist with inventory and notify management of supply needs
- Follow all Public Health and licensing guidelines

Qualifications:

- Experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- Safe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of allergies and special dietary needs is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently




- Enjoys working in a childcare environment
