Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Performance Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. This role is vital in ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal performance benchmarks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing processes and a passion for training and development to foster continuous improvement across operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to operational excellence and support the growth of our team through effective compliance management and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine compliance and performance audits across Production, QA, Warehouse, Maintenance, Sanitation, and other departments.
- Verify that supervisors complete assigned responsibilities and comply with company standards.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, SQF, food safety, health & safety, and company policies.
- Track departmental KPIs and identify performance or compliance gaps.




- Follow up on corrective actions and verify timely completion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly compliance and performance reports for management.
- Review operational records and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance compliance, accountability, and operational performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Food Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, compliance, quality, or auditing.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, and food manufacturing practices.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
