Join our organization in the senior role as Sales Manager.

You will lead our sales team based on a successful track record as an automotive salesperson, sales manager, and/or financial services manager. If you are experienced in automotive sales and looking to advance in this industry, this position could be the ideal fit.

As sales manager, you must be self-motivated, intelligent, creative, hands-on, dependable, and honest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hire, train, and support the sales team.
- Take pride in the competence, knowledge, and success of your team.
- Follow and reinforce the sales process.
- Provide training, continuously and consistently.
- Ensure we are providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor all dealership sales traffic and results.
- Track key performance metrics for the sales department and pursue opportunities to improve.
- Achieve our targets.
- Work constructively with all dealership departments.
- Complete training mandated by Hyundai Canada.
- Promote and support our financial services team.

Qualifications:





- Previous automotive sales and/or F&I; experience is a requirment.
- Sincere commitment to helping others, including customers and fellow staff members.
- Energy, focus, and commitment to meeting the dealership’s goals and standards.
- Desire to work and live in our community.
- Proven ability to train and develop others.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to secure a license to sell vehicles in British Columbia, a process that requires a criminal record check.
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

Pay: $85,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
