Position: HEALTH CARE AIDE
Facility: Lamont Health Care Centre
Status: CASUAL

Position Summary: Provides direct nursing care to assigned residents in a Long-Term Care
and Acute Care setting. Works as a robust team member in patient and family centred nursing
care. Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with all team members and
departments. Upholds Lamont Health Care Centre’s Missions and values.

Reporting to: LPN/RN/Nurse Care Coordinators

Qualifications:

1. Grade 12 Education
2. HCA Certification and current registration in Health Care Aide Directory or

must complete HCA course within 12 months of date of hire.
3. Current CPR required
4. COVID-19 vaccination recommended

Hours: As Needed

Salary: As per the Multi-Employer and AUPE Collective Agreement
