DUTIES
Tasks would include (but are not limited to):

- Organizing job sites (stacking various equipment and material)
- Sorting & organizing miscellaneous hardware
- Heavy lifting (up to 65 lbs)
- Helping Carpenters
- Dismantling of Formwork and Falsework
- Loading and unloading of tractor trailers
- Working at heights
- Using power tools
- Vibrating concrete
- Placing concrete
- Helping install forms

REQUIREMENTS

- Professional attitude, respectful behavior towards others, be reliable, trustworthy and competent
- Must have CSA approved work boots and CSA approved hard hat
- Mandatory - WHMIS 2015, Fall Protection Certificate, Emergency First Aid
- Rigging training is an asset
- Organizational skills
- Experience & general knowledge of construction, formwork and concrete equipment/material would be an asset
- Tools required: Hammer, 8 m / 25' Measuring Tape, 12" Adjustable Wrench, Tool Belt / Pouch

DUTIES
Tasks would include (but are not limited to):

- Setting / Installation of footing forms, gang wall forms and column formwork
- Erection of Shoring Towers for slab falsework
- Building and installing slab falsework, both conventional falsework and flying form systems
- Building forms
- Heavy lifting (up to 65 lbs)
- Measuring, cutting, drilling and general carpentry tasks
- Working at heights
- Using power tools

Job Advertisement - Concrete Finisher

DUTIES

- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
- Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
- Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Instruct apprentices
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces




- Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces
- Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications

Job Advertisement - Tower Crane Operator

DUTIES

- Operating Tower Crane (Liebherr 280ECH, Liebherr 281HC, Liebherr 200HC, Pecco SK-225 or Potain H40/40C)
- Performing regular inspections and completing daily logs
- Perform regular maintenance of tower crane (as required)
