We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales, marketing, website operations, and social media activities.

Responsibilities

- Assist with website content updates and day-to-day website operations
- Support product development and online marketing initiatives
- Create and manage product content related to furniture, home furnishings, and building materials
- Perform image editing and basic graphic design tasks
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Provide customer service support and respond to customer inquiries
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including:Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat Official Accounts / Channels
- Create, edit, and publish short-form video and social media content
- Monitor social media engagement and performance metrics
- Support sales promotions and lead generation activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

As our business focuses on furniture, home décor, and building materials, candidates should have a basic understanding of or strong interest in these industries.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in website operations, digital marketing, sales support,



or a related field
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content
- Proficiency in graphic design and image editing software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), CapCut
- Ability to read Chinese and communicate in Mandarin
- Active and experienced user of Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, and Instagram
- Familiar with current social media trends, content formats, and platform algorithms
- Strong understanding of short-form video content creation and social media engagement strategies
- Experience in furniture, home décor, interior design, renovation, or lifestyle-related content is an asset

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: 3 days per week

Compensation: CAD $20–$22 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Location: Richmond, BC V6V 3A1

Education

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

- Ability to read Chinese (required)

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
