THE ROLE:

We’re growing and looking for experienced HVAC/R Service Technicians who want to:

- Deliver a professional, positive customer experience
- Keep learning and growing as technicians
- Take pride in solving complex HVAC/R challenges

You’ll represent Multi-Temp on client sites, so robust communication, patience, and professionalism are a must.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Maintain,



repair and install commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems
- Rooftop units, process cooling chillers, split systems, boilers, make-up air units, etc.
- Troubleshoot & diagnose issues (components, leaks, inefficiencies) and complete repairs
- Test & inspect systems for performance, safety, and efficiency
- Work safely & by the book – adhere to all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Document work orders in our paperless field operations software
- Other related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Minimum 3 years of Commercial HVAC service experience (commercial/industrial)
- Licences/Certifications:
- 313A Refrigeration licence or Registered Apprentice (min. 3rd year)
- Gas Fitter 2 (G2) minimum; G1 preferred
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Track record of reliability, safety and a positive attitude
- Professional, customer-focused communication

We give preference to G1/313A technicians but are happy to mentor experienced gas techs working toward G1.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
