Food & Beverage Server – Job Responsibilities

- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to all guests.
- Greet guests upon arrival, engage with them in a friendly and professional manner, and ensure an exceptional dining experience. Respond to guest concerns promptly, seek feedback, and build positive guest relationships to enhance satisfaction.
- Set up, clean, and maintain all food and beverage service areas and equipment to ensure they are in proper working order. Ensure all areas are clean, vacuumed, and fully stocked based on anticipated business levels.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm, organized, and professional.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the point-of-sale (POS) system and payment processing procedures.
- Complete all opening, closing,



and side duties according to departmental shift checklists in a timely manner.
- Maintain a secure work environment by following all company policies and procedures related to WHMIS, Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;), and emergency response protocols. Be familiar with the hotel's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for emergencies, including fire, flood, and other incidents.
- Support the Food & Beverage team by performing additional duties as assigned.

Job Types: Part time, Full-time

Pay: $16.75 per hour
