Heart of Niagara Hotels - Parkway Social requires an energetic, mature, motivated, and career-minded individual to join our growing team.

You must be able to provide our customers with a high level of customer service, ensuring that their experience is memorable.

Qualified applicants must have a solid work ethic and cash handling experience, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

- Responsibilities will include the processing of cash, credit, or debit card transactions
- Ensure all lane and bowling areas are spotless when lanes are issued
- Assist guests with scoring consoles; make corrections as needed
- Assist guests with choosing the proper weight and size of a house ball
- Return all rental shoes to counter and house balls to racks after use
- Assist guests by adding bumpers to young bowlers as needed
- Spot clean bowling approaches as needed
- Maintain clean common areas throughout shift
- Instruct and assist guests with bowling skills as needed




- Maintain a neat and orderly work area
- Actively sell promotions and special offers as directed by management
- Execute fast and effective lane turnover
- Clean and sanitize rental shoes
- Follow all directed guest service standards
- Always maintain a safe work environment
- Execute outstanding teamwork with counter attendants and lane servers
- Assist counter as needed and directed
- All other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

- Above average communication skills
- Ability to lift to 30 pounds as needed
- Bowling experience is a bonus but not needed
- Available to workdays, evenings, and weekends - Open most holidays
