Remote Call Centre Agent (Dental)

Location: Remote (Ontario-based dental clinics)

Position Type: Full-Time

Hours: 44 hours per week, 6 days per week (including Saturdays)

Starting Wage: $17.60/hour

About Us

We are a growing network of dental clinics across Ontario dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Remote Call Centre Agent to become an important part of our team.

This is a fully remote position, with occasional travel required to attend company meetings, training sessions, or promotional events.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from patients in a skilled and friendly manner

Book, reschedule, and confirm dental appointments

Respond to patient inquiries and direct calls appropriately

Maintain accurate call records and appointment schedules

Communicate effectively with clinic teams across multiple locations

Follow up with patients regarding appointments

Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Attend occasional in-person meetings, training sessions, and company events

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written English skills

Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Computer savvy and able to learn new software quickly

Dependable, reliable, and hardworking

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment





Flexible with scheduling and available to work Saturdays

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet connection

Quiet, qualified workspace for taking calls

Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office or similar software

Customer service or call centre experience is considered an asset

Dental or medical office experience is an asset, but not required

Schedule

44 hours per week

6 days per week

Saturday availability is required

Flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs
