360 Business Marketing Inc. is a Vaughan-based digital marketing agency currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully in-office role (no remote option).

We’re looking for a junior/entry-level candidate with foundational experience who is ready to expand their skills and grow within a collaborative team.

Requirements:

- Must have valid work authorization in Canada
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Hands-on experience working with WordPress
- Background or solid interest in marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities across various content formats (blogs, webpages, landing pages, social content, press releases, scripts, promotional materials)
- Experienced with Canva and a strong eye for design.
- Experienced with AI tools

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Content Creation (35%)

- Write, edit, and proofread optimized content such as blog posts, website pages, and social media copy
- Ensure all content meets quality and marketing standards

2. Technical & Website Support (35%)

- Build and maintain WordPress websites, including updating themes, plugins, menus, pages, and widgets
- Experience with WIX or Squarespace is considered an asset




- Create marketing visuals using Canva
- Use Google Analytics and support SEO activities
- Work with AI-based tools to improve workflow and output

3. Social Media Management (20%)

- Draft, schedule, and publish posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
- Assist in managing day-to-day engagement and content planning

4. Client Support (10%)

- Provide assistance to customers using our digital marketing services

5. Team Support & Mentorship

- Offer guidance to team members and contribute to overall team development

Additional Qualifications:

- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Understanding of SEO, branding, user experience, and basic design concepts
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability
- Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and demonstrate leadership
