Evolution Fitness is a well-established boutique training facility in Burlington with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional personal training in a professional, client-focused environment.

As our client base continues to grow, we are looking to add another Personal Trainer to our team.

This opportunity is ideal for a new trainer or a trainer who has a small client base and is looking for a high-quality facility to grow their business, while also being interested in training new clients provided by Evolution Fitness.

About the Role

As a Personal Trainer at Evolution Fitness Co., you'll have the opportunity to:

- Train clients referred to you by Evolution Fitness.
- Build or continue to grow your own personal training business.
- Work in a clean, fully equipped training facility.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of fitness professionals.
- Build long-term client relationships in a supportive, professional environment.

Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

- Holds a recognized Canadian Personal Training certification (CanFitPro, CSEP, CPTN or equivalent).




- Has current CPR/AED certification.
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills.
- Is passionate about helping clients achieve measurable results.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
- Is motivated to continue growing their coaching skills and business.
