Black Belt Institute is hiring an Assistant General Manager at our newest location. This is a fast-paced, people-first role where you’ll help lead daily operations, build strong relationships with members, and support a thriving martial arts community.

What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager in daily operations
- Build relationships with members & ensure retention
- Manage scheduling, data, and reports
- Create digital designs (Canva posts, event flyers, etc.)
- Motivate and coordinate with staff
- Step in as a leader when needed
You’re a Outstanding Fit If You…
- Are organized,
proactive, and people-focused
- Have strong computer and data management skills
- Can confidently create social media/event materials
- Have experience in sports, coaching, or martial arts (priority given to martial arts backgrounds)
- Have customer service, sales, or operations experience
- Company events
