Job Description

We are seeking outgoing and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our front desk team at Fuzion. As a CSR, your number one responsibility will be to provide effective and friendly service to all members or potential members. This includes greeting members/guests, answering the phone and corresponding via email. The position requires attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task.

Required availability: Monday-Friday: 3pm-11pm

This is a full-time position requiring availability from 3pm-11pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Flexible availability, as we are open Monday to Friday, weekends and holidays
- One year of prior customer service experience, cash handling is an asset
- Experience in a front desk setting preferred, but not required
- Access to reliable transportation
- Highly motivated and friendly
- Completed OSSD required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Answering phones, transferring calls to other departments, taking messages, and providing general information
- Completing account updates for members and recording updates in the system
- Keeping a log of all guests
- Greeting all members, making sure members are using their key fob and their accounts are in good standing, assisting members with check in if required
- Recording prospective members and directing them to our sales department




- Ensuring that every first-time visitor fills out the liability waiver
- Performing transactions on a point-of-sale system including guest fees, membership dues and protein shakes
- Preparing protein shakes for members
- Scheduling Fitness Consultations or Demos with the appropriate trainer
- Keeping the front desk and lobby area neat and organized, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Washing, drying and folding member towels
- Assisting sales staff with setting up new accounts for members, taking member photos, processing last months dues
- Performing washroom checks regularly
- Performing opening and closing procedures if scheduled those shifts
- Providing info on Group Fitness classes and updating the Group Fitness tracking sheets
- Confirming Fitness Consultations for the following day
- Following cash out procedures after every shift

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

As a Customer Service Representative, you are required to be on your feet for the duration of your shift, and will need to be able to lift a moderate weight (no more than 40lbs)

SALARY

$17.60

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60 per hour
