We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Athletics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, fostering a positive environment, and inspiring athletes to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities

- Design and deliver effective training sessions tailored to athletes' skill levels and goals
- Teach proper techniques in various sports, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
- Foster a positive, motivating setting that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Prepare athletes for competitions by developing strategic game plans and practice routines
- Maintain equipment and ensure the training area is clean, organized, and safe




- Communicate regularly with athletes, parents, and staff regarding progress and upcoming events
- Stay current with coaching best practices and industry standards through ongoing professional development

Qualifications

- Proven experience in teaching or coaching sports, with a strong emphasis on swimming preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate athletes of all ages
- Ability to develop engaging training programs that promote skill development and confidence
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to athletic training and swimming activities
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is highly desirable
- Passionate about athlete development, teamwork, and fostering a positive sporting environment
