What You'll Do

- Create an environment that is warm, welcoming and filled with positivity for guests and employees
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Prepare station for service, complete mise en place and stock list




- Prepare and cook complete dishes during service in a high paced and detail-oriented kitchen
- Prepare all assigned menu items in an efficient, consistent and timely manner
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customer

What You'll Need

- Previous work experience as a prep or line cook
- Positive attitude and great communication skills
- Food Handler Certificate
- Authorization to work in Canada
- An interest in learning about regional Chinese food and beverage
