Job Responsibilities:

- Custom Homes: Work on luxury, high-end custom homes, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.
- Multi-Family & Commercial Projects: Contribute to a variety of multi-family and commercial developments.
- Varied Tasks: From foundation to finishing, you'll be involved in diverse carpentry tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a carpenter (minimum of 3 years preferred)
- Interest in learning the trade as an apprentice or labourer
- Solid skills in both rough and finish carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and transportation (assistance available)
- Safe work practices and adherence to company safety standards

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
