We are seeking a qualified, passionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) who wants to be part of providing high quality private home care for a disabled, bedridden female patient.

As part of our team, your role as a RPN/RN contributes to our patient’s experience in the following ways:

⮚ Medication Administration (through g-tube and injections)

⮚ G-Tube Care (feeding/site care/flush/medication administration)

⮚ Preform specialized nursing procedures such as tracheostomy suctioning (deep suctioning/tip suctioning)

⮚ Blood glucose monitoring, insulin injection, sliding scale

⮚ Participate in the ongoing medical assessment and monitoring of the patient’s health status (Vital checks, respirations, etc.)

⮚ Hygiene care (guard change)

⮚ Wound care

⮚ Patient repositioning via chair lift





⮚ Provide care according to the established care plan

⮚ Ensure patient confidentiality is respected and maintained.

What you need:

⮚ Completion of a recognized Canadian RPN/RN program

⮚ Valid CNO license

⮚ Valid Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check

⮚ CPR/First Aid

⮚ Excellent attendance and punctuality
