Personal Support Worker (PSW) / Home Care Aide (HCA) / Continuing Care Assistant (CCA)

Right at Home Canada is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated PSWs, HCAs and/or CCAs to join our growing home care team supporting clients in the Doaktown, NB area.

Key Location Requirement

This position requires providing home care services to clients located on Storeytown Road in Doaktown, NB. Applicants must be willing and able to commute to Doaktown on a daily basis to provide scheduled home care visits. Please apply only if you have reliable transportation and are comfortable travelling to the area.

Responsibilities

As a valued member of our caregiving team, you will provide compassionate, client-centered care, including:

- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal planning and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Assisting clients with prescribed physiotherapy exercises
- Accompanying clients to appointments and community outings
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Supporting clients in maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life




- Observing and reporting changes in client condition

What We're Looking For

- PSW, HCA, or CCA certification
- A caring, compassionate, and dependable attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Willingness to travel to Doaktown for scheduled visits
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
