Job description

We currently have a full-time position available for a Detailer at our Woodstock location.

Automotive Detailer cleans both the interior and exterior of vehicles. They use specialized equipment and cleaning products to make sure that the client is happy with the job. Responsibilities and requirements:

- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery to ensure a pristine environment for customers.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to achieve maximum clarity.
- Apply protective coatings to surfaces as needed to maintain vehicle aesthetics.




- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that may require further attention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing detailing tasks.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a dealership workplace is an asset
- Knowledge of different cleaning products, materials and tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills, excellent follow-up skills with a genuine focus on customer support and retention
- Commitment to a safe work environment

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime possible
