Kapasiwin Bungalows, located on the shores of Waskesiu Lake in Saskatchewan, is a unique location boasting small-town charm and offers endless outdoor opportunities such as sightseeing, hiking, fishing, swimming, and much more.

The Housekeeper position, which reports directly to the General Manager, is responsible for a range of duties related to housekeeping, including cleaning and maintaining a sanitary and comfortable environment.

Qualifications:

Success in this role requires a responsible, dependable, and accountable individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to produce high-quality work, and skill in problem-solving and task prioritization.

The ideal candidate should also be highly adaptable to varying shifts, possess exceptional communication skills, and be adept at working independently and collaboratively with a team.

- A passion for hospitality and providing the perfect guest experience.

- Ability to multitask in a busy setting to meet daily check-in deadlines.

- Ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts with a neat appearance and dressed professionally in uniform.

- Be physically fit; this position is fast paced.

- Experience preferred but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest cottages are cleaned, sanitized, and prepared daily for new guests with the same care as a five-star hotel.





- Ensure amenities in the guest cottages are fully stocked and refreshed.

- Clean and sanitize the Resort's common areas, such as the Reception, Bathroom, Laundry Room, and Storage area.

- Work in conjunction with the housekeeping staff to meet daily deadlines.

Working Conditions:

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending for long periods, and lifting and moving up to 50 lbs. throughout a shift in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work in a semi-remote environment.

- Ability to work in conditions exposed to the elements (rain, sub-freezing weather, heat, and wind).
