Requirements:

1 years experience in non-prime, car sales or equivalent work experience is preferred

Previous dealership experience is preferred

High level of personal integrity, and the ability to professionally handle conflict

Over see and assist subprime customers and structures deals within compliance of lender guidelines and dealership policies

Complete sales or purchase contracts, present finance contracts, explaining and offering warranties, leasing and financing.

Strong command of the English language to respond to incoming web based sales inquiries.

Ability to overcome objections

Perform credit reviews

Negotiation skills.





Ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Build strong rapport with recent customers & maintain rapport with previous ones by determining wants and needs while providing solutions.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Ability to adopt new technologies at a fast pace.

Provide test drives when required.

License:

Class 5 Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000 - 180,000 per year

Additional pay:

Bonus pay

Commission pay

Schedule:

Monday to Friday and

Weekends as needed
