Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences, providing tailored recommendations for destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel arrangements using industry-standard booking systems and tools.
- Offer expert advice on travel documentation requirements such as visas and passports, ensuring clients are fully prepared for their trips.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the planning process.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, airline policies, hotel offerings, and destination updates to deliver current and accurate advice.




- Assist clients in developing comprehensive itineraries that maximize their travel experience while adhering to their preferences.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and preferences to ensure personalized service on future trips.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the hospitality or travel industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality services, and destination insights to provide expert guidance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate information clearly and confidently.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with booking platforms such as Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or online travel agencies (OTAs).
- A passion for travel coupled with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others explore the world.
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus but not required.
