About Us
Since 2012 Go Coach Charters has been a premier supplier of charter buses, providing charter services to clients throughout Canada, with most frequent travel between the Western Provinces. Now that our fleet is growing, so is our personnel! We are actively hiring skilled, professional, safety conscious and customer service driven Motor Coach Operators. Go Coach Charters is a multifaceted company providing charter services not limited to schools, sports teams, corporate and professional events. The ideal candidate will have experience in the motor coach industry with a strong customer service background.

A working mobile smart phone with the ability to communicate via email/SMS/dispatching apps is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate Motor Coaches and Mini Coaches in accordance with federal/provincial/local regulations and adhere to all Go Coach Charters safety programs and policies
- Provide excellent customer service,
including addressing passenger inquiries or conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained
- Assist customers with loading/unloading luggage
- Complete ELD’s and dispatch logs as required
- Participate in additional training as needed
- Wear company provided uniforms while on duty and always keep a clean and skilled appearance
Experience
- Must have a minimum class 2 license with air brake endorsement and a clean driving record with no accidents or violations
- At least 5 years experience in a commercial driving role; preference to motor coach experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Mountain driving experience considered an asset
Availability
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, holidays and multiday overnight trips
