Sweat Zero is a modern wellness studio offering self-guided recovery experiences including contrast therapy featuring infrared or traditional sauna paired with cold plunge, and red-light therapy.

Our mission is to help people feel better, faster — through simple, effective, and accessible recovery therapies. Each session is designed for relaxation, restoration, and resilience, offered in individual suites or private group settings. We are looking for an energetic and sales-driven Studio Experience Specialist to join our growing team.

The Opportunity: Sales & Client Experience

This role is heavily focused on membership sales, client education, and building lasting client relationships. As the first point of contact for guests, you will guide clients through their recovery experience while confidently communicating the value of Sweat Zero memberships and services.

The ideal candidate thrives in a sales-focused environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by meeting and exceeding monthly membership targets. This position combines sales performance, client service, and daily studio operations.

What You’ll Do: Sales & Membership Growth

Drive membership and package sales through confident conversations and client education
Meet and exceed individual and studio monthly sales targets
Educate clients on the benefits of contrast therapy, red-light therapy, and recovery routines
Convert first-time visitors into long-term members
Follow up with leads and new clients to support membership conversion
Stay informed on promotions, services, and studio offerings to maximize sales opportunities

Client Experience

Welcome clients and create a professional, calm,



and welcoming studio environment
Clearly explain how to safely and effectively use the sauna, cold plunge, and red-light therapy experience
Guide clients through their experience and answer questions about services and wellness benefits
Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience

Studio Operations

Manage bookings, client profiles, and payments using Zenoti
Prepare and reset private suites between sessions, including cleaning and sanitation of sauna and shower areas
Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Assist with opening and closing procedures

What You Bring

2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based businesses
Proven ability to sell memberships or recurring services and meet sales targets
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients about services and benefits
Comfort working with booking and POS systems
A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
Passion for wellness and helping people feel their best
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
