In this pivotal role, you’ll work directly with clients to provide trusted advice, solve problems, and help them feel confident in their insurance choices — all with the tools, mentoring, and support you need to thrive.

The Opportunity

As a CSR, you’ll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, managing and growing an existing book of business. You’ll draw on your knowledge of personal insurance to provide timely advice, ensure clients have the right coverage, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and new business. By building strong relationships with clients and insurers, and collaborating closely with your teammates, you’ll deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting the growth of our Personal Lines department.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely, qualified service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with care.
- Review and process renewals, endorsements, and re-marketing with accuracy.
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that give clients peace of mind.
- Develop cross-selling opportunities and support new business growth.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and insurers through clear, trusted communication.
- Stay current with product knowledge and support the team as needed.

What You Bring to the Role

We’re looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with genuine people skills. You’re organized,



detail-oriented, and approachable — someone clients trust to take care of their insurance needs.

Qualifications

- RIBO license (required).
- Experience in personal lines home & auto insurance (asset).
- Solid communicator with solid attention to detail.
- Sound judgment, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with MS Office; knowledge of Applied Epic is a plus.
- Team-focused and eager to share knowledge.
