Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in locating products and answer questions about merchandise, promotions, or store policies
- Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for quick transactions and cash handling
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and organization skills
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are properly labeled and priced
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently,



including basic math calculations and cash handling procedures
- Promote store specials and loyalty programs to boost sales and customer engagement
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety standards, and adhere to phone etiquette during customer interactions

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers
- Familiarity with technology sales or product demos enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
- Experience with merchandising
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential for success in this energetic environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
