Job Title: RIBO Licensed Insurance Broker / Broker Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused RIBO Licensed Insurance Broker or Broker Assistant to join our growing team in Brampton. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy information

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person

- Support insurance brokers with policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and documentation

- Prepare quotations and insurance applications

- Maintain accurate client records and files





- Follow up with clients regarding policy changes, renewals, and outstanding requirements

- Adhere to industry regulations and company procedures

Qualifications
- Valid RIBO License (required)

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of insurance industry experience

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

- Open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents only

- Employer is unable to provide immigration sponsorship or LMIA support
