We’re looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative for our Chilliwack location. If you’ve got welding experience and want to move into a steady, customer-focused role, this is a chance to stay in the industry while building a long-term career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work directly with customers—at the counter, on the phone, and over email
- Help customers find the right consumables, equipment, and solutions for the job
- Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Stay on top of customer requests and follow-ups
- Work closely with the warehouse to make sure orders move when they should
- Keep things organized—quotes, orders, and communication
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on welding experience (this is a must—you need to understand the work)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Explicit communicator who can talk to both shop-floor welders and purchasing teams
- Detail-oriented and reliable—customers are counting on you
- Someone who wants to build a career, not just fill a seat
