Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Car Rental Agent to join our team. This position combines customer service excellence with hands-on vehicle care. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people as much as they enjoy keeping vehicles spotless and ready for the road.

Key Responsibilities

As a Rental Agent:

- Greet customers and assist with vehicle rentals and returns
- Prepare rental agreements and explain terms clearly
- Handle payments and maintain accurate transaction records




- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Previous experience in car rental or detailing is an asset, but not required — we’ll train the right person
