Good Guys Heating, one of the area’s leading heating & air conditioning companies for over 30 years, is seeking a Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will possess an excellent telephone demeanor and an enthusiastic attitude toward reaching goals.

Duties include:

- Taking calls from existing and current customers
- Providing information about our products and services
- Scheduling sales and service calls
- Making outbound calls to book sales & service calls
- Basic computer & data entry skills required

Experience in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning field is an asset but not required.

Successful applicants will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as basic computer skills.

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
