Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong renovations knowledge and experience in residential maintenance, as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Duties

- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical systems, plumbing Systems. ex. change faucets....
- Painting and plastering skills is a plus.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with other maintenance staff or contractors on larger projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any facility-related concerns promptly and professionally. (French and English)
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting.

Experience

- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.




- Familiarity with plumbing systems,
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in French & English.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus, particularly in a maintenance context.
- Must detain a driver licence
