Position Overview:
The Crane Operator will play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations on site. We are looking for operators who are reliable, safety-focused, and motivated to grow with a company that values its people.

Responsibilities:

- Operate tower crane to lift and move materials safely
- Perform daily inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Assist with crane setup, dismantling, and maintenance as needed
- Work closely with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors to coordinate lifts
- Maintain accurate logbooks and report any mechanical or safety issues
- Support high-rise, commercial, and residential projects across Halifax

Requirements:

- Valid Crane Operator certification recognized Canada-wide (Nova Scotia license or Red Seal/Interprovincial endorsement)
- Experience with tower crane (required)
- Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging,



and crane safety standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Commitment to safety and efficiency at all times
