Job Responsibilities:
Personal Care is a service that is provided to any person in their home or identified home setting that meets the supportive, physical, and psycho-social needs of that person. Personal care is provided by an appropriately trained Personal Support Worker (PSW). PSWs (Personal Support Worker) provide care to any person who requires personal assistance with activities of daily living (ADL). They may also provide additional care as delegated by a Regulated Healthcare Qualified as needed, and when it can be performed safely and within Provincial legislation. PSWs provides personal care and initiate tasks based on an established plan of care which can include housekeeping, meal preparation,



socialization, companionship, and any other related paraprofessional services.

Requirements

Personal Support Worker Certification and Transcripts

Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check, obtained within the last 3 months.

Valid Canadian CPR Certificate

Any other supporting documentation as requested.

Must have a reliable source of transportation to get from client to client.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
