Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide support for an adult client who requires arm’s-length supervision and structured daily routines. The client is calm and cooperative when supported with predictable routines, gentle prompting, and positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

- Personal care: bathing, grooming, peri-care, shaving, toileting, and hygiene assistance
- Mobility support: walking, transfers, and exercise routines
- Engagement in leisure and social activities: reading, music, phone/tablet use, outdoor time, and games
- Safety and environment: monitor triggers, maintain a structured routine, document observations
- Support community outings: errands and social visits

Qualifications

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care preferred
- Previous caregiving or HCA experience required
- Ability to provide calm, structured support and follow care plans
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Reliable and consistent availability for scheduled shifts




- Driver's License Class 5 with own car

Schedule:

- Monday & Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
