Maid On Time Cleaning is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Residential House Cleaners to join our growing team as Independent Contractors.

Compensation: Paid weekly.

We provide professional residential cleaning services throughout Calgary, Alberta, including:

- Standard Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Cleaning

As our company continues to grow, there may also be opportunities to perform commercial cleaning services in the future.

Position Type

Independent Contractor

This is not an employee position.

As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to accept or decline cleaning jobs that fit your schedule while working with Maid On Time Cleaning.

Responsibilities

- Complete residential cleaning services according to Maid On Time Cleaning standards.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures.
- Arrive on time and communicate professionally.
- Perform quality work with attention to detail.
- Take before and after photos of completed jobs.
- Report any property damage or concerns immediately.
- Maintain professionalism while working in clients' homes.
- Complete final walkthroughs before leaving each property.
- Be willing to submit weekly availability.
- Be available to accept occasional weekend and daytime cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Applicants should:

- Have previous residential cleaning experience (preferred).
- Be dependable, professional,



and detail-oriented.
- Have good time management skills.
- Be physically capable of performing residential cleaning duties.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be comfortable working independently and with other cleaners.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

- Reliable transportation.
- A valid driver's licence (preferred).
- A smartphone.
- A working email address.
- The ability to use mobile apps for scheduling and job updates.
- Their own professional cleaning supplies and equipment, including a vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths, and cleaning products.
- The legal ability to work in Canada.

Insurance & Professional Requirements

Successful applicants will be expected to:

- Obtain Commercial General Liability Insurance within three (3) months of beginning work with Maid On Time Cleaning.
- Provide a background Check before accepting client assignments.
- Obtain or maintain WHMIS certification or be willing to get it. (protects cleaner in the Future.)
