About Us:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential/commercial properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing tenants, maintenance, and financial responsibilities.

Willing to offer a package of $75,000.00

Responsibilities:

- Manage tenant relations including leasing, move-ins/outs, and addressing concerns
- Collect rent, track payments, and follow up on delinquencies
- Prepare budgets, maintain financial records, and provide regular reporting
- Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies
- Market vacancies and handle applicant screening and leasing paperwork
- Oversee daily property operations,



ensuring buildings are well-maintained and compliant
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections with vendors/contractors

Requirements:

- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of leasing regulations and landlord/tenant laws an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full time, Permanent
